These terms apply to your use of wiseshift.store and its WisechainX pages (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About the site

The site is operated by Wiseshift Enterprises Private Limited (“Wiseshift”, “we”). It provides information about our distribution business and about WisechainX, our software product, and about Reybo, the AI copilot within WisechainX.

Information on the site

The content of the site is for general information. It is not an offer, a quotation or a contract, and it does not create any obligation on us. We may change or remove content at any time. Interface images on the site are illustrations that use sample data. They are for explanation only and are not screenshots of customer information.

Early access requests

Asking for early access is an expression of interest. It does not guarantee access to WisechainX, and we may decline, delay or limit access at our discretion.

The WisechainX application

The Sign in link takes you to the WisechainX application. Use of the application is governed by the agreement or terms that apply to your account, not by these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use automated means to collect content from it in a way that burdens it.

Intellectual property

The content of the site, including text, design, logos and the names Wiseshift, WisechainX and Reybo, belongs to Wiseshift or its licensors. You may view the site and share its pages for your own non-commercial information. You may not copy, adapt or reuse its content for other purposes without our written permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for your purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiseshift is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
